If you register a company then you will be sent
emails regarding the registration. Such emails will be
limited to confirmation of account information, requests
to keep the information up-to-date and other information
and requests regarding the account.
Your email address will not be supplied to third
parties but may be supplied to a subcontractor used to
manage the service.

You agree not to post any material which is obscene,

Shafe reserves the right to monitor

Shafe also reserves the right to
delete, remove, edit or modify any submissions if
Shafe, at its sole discretion, regards
the material to be obscene, defamatory, in violation of
the copyright, trademark right, or other intellectual
property right, or otherwise inappropriate for the
Service.
Shafe is not responsible or liable
for Content posted by any subscriber in any directory,
forum, message board, or other area within the Service.

Shafe may give notice
to you through the post, or through email notification,
at its sole discretion. You may give notice to Shafe through email at
support@shafe.co.uk.
Any failure by Shafe to
enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be
construed as a waiver of any rights under such
provision. In the event that any portion of this
Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining
provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force
and effect.
This Agreement shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of England and
Wales. You agree to grant jurisdiction over yourself to
the courts of England and agree to use those courts for
the resolution of all disputes arising under this
Agreement.
This Agreement states the entire
agreement between the parties with respect to the
Service. |
